Size Guide For Parents

PureToddle — Size Guide

Choosing the right size for your little one can feel tricky — especially because babies and toddlers grow faster than we can keep up.
This guide will help you confidently pick the best fit for comfort, safety, and everyday wear.

Our garments are designed to be true-to-age with a gentle comfort fit, meaning they are slightly relaxed so your child can move, crawl, play, and sleep comfortably.

How Our Sizing Works

PureToddle sizing is based primarily on your child’s height and weight, not just age.
Age ranges are only an estimate — children grow at different speeds.

If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.
A slightly roomy fit is more comfortable and allows longer wear.

Fit Tips for Parents

  • For chunky babies: choose one size up for comfort around the tummy and thighs

  • For slim children: your normal size should fit perfectly

  • For sleepers or all-day outfits: sizing up gives more movement room

  • For gifting: always choose the larger size — babies grow quickly

How to Measure Your Child

You only need two quick measurements:

Height
Measure from the top of the head to the heel while your child is standing or lying flat.

Weight
Use your most recent pediatrician visit or a home scale.

Height is usually the most accurate sizing indicator.

Why Fit Matters

Clothing that is too tight can restrict movement and sleep comfort.
Clothing that is slightly relaxed helps:

  • natural movement

  • crawling and walking

  • better sleep

  • less skin irritation

Our pieces are intentionally designed with a soft comfort allowance, so your child can wear them longer without feeling restricted.

Still Unsure?

If you are between sizes, choose the bigger one — your child will grow into it quickly, and comfort is always the priority.

If you have any questions, our support team is happy to help you choose the right fit.
