Welcome to PureToddle. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PureToddle. We operate this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By accessing our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not access the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and account activity.

2. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and information as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.

  • Packaging or minor design changes may occur without notice.

  • We do not guarantee that products will meet personal expectations beyond their intended use.

Products are intended for household consumer use only and not for resale.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled if:

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Incorrect address information is provided

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

  • Inventory errors occur

We may contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT FIRST POLICY

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before opening a dispute, chargeback, or claim with a bank or payment provider.

Most issues — including delivery delays, product questions, replacement requests, or refund concerns — can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team:

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution due to financial institution procedures.

We are a family-focused brand and always aim to make things right.

5. 30-DAY TRIAL & REFUND PROCESS

Certain PureToddle products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction trial.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
A return shipment is not required unless specifically requested.

After review, we may provide:

  • troubleshooting assistance

  • replacement

  • or refund

Refunds are not issued automatically without customer communication.

6. HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Some items (such as training underwear) are personal hygiene products.

For safety reasons, opened or used hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, customers remain covered under the 30-day satisfaction policy and should contact support for assistance.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Once shipped, orders are handled by the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or weather disruptions.

If tracking shows the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers should contact the carrier for stolen or missing deliveries, but we will assist with investigation whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

8. LOST, REFUSED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned due to:

  • incorrect address

  • refused delivery

  • failure to pick up

may be subject to reshipping fees.

9. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

You agree that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method

  • the billing information is accurate

  • charges will be honored by your bank or card issuer

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including logos, images, product names, descriptions, graphics, and text — is the property of PureToddle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureToddle shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • loss of use

  • lost profits

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • misuse of products

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

12. DISCLAIMER

All products are provided “as is” for general consumer use.
We do not guarantee specific personal outcomes or results from product use.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • use the site for unlawful purposes

  • commit fraud or abuse refund policies

  • submit false claims

  • interfere with website security

We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access if abuse is suspected.
